We want you to love your Wisconsin Humane Society apparel, but if your purchase isn't the perfect fit, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Every purchase supports our mission to provide care and protection for animals in need, and we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unwashed and unworn fashion items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags are still securely attached.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
