A portion of the proceeds from every apparel and accessory purchase goes directly toward providing food, medical care, and shelter for animals in need across our Wisconsin campuses.
What is your return policy for apparel?
We accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with original tags within 30 days of purchase. Please note that shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order has been processed and dispatched from our warehouse.
Are your clothing items ethically sourced?
Yes, we prioritize working with suppliers who adhere to fair labor practices and utilize sustainable materials whenever possible to ensure our merchandise is as kind to people as it is to animals.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the United States and Canada. We are looking into expanding our shipping capabilities to support animal lovers worldwide in the near future.
How should I care for my Wisconsin Humane Society gear?
To preserve the life of the prints and fabrics, we recommend machine washing your items in cold water inside out and tumbling dry on low heat.
